Sexy red and black polka dot strapless tube dress with built in silky black puff petticoat and decorated with three black bows on the front. This pretty costume also includes a pair of red netting wings with black netting polka dots circled by gold glitter. The wings are attached by thin black elastic straps and have two long ribbons with attached bells for decoration.

The dress is made from 85% nylon and 15% spandex so there is a little stretch.
